The Executive offices of the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS® and WMLS will be closed Thursday and Friday November 24th and November 25th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.  Offices will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 28th.  The staff and leadership wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

NAR QUAD ETHICS REQUIREMENT deadline December 31, 2016

 2016 marks the end of the four (4) year period to complete NAR’s Quadrennial Ethics requirement (Jan 1, 2013 – Dec 31, 2016).

Failure to meet the requirement is a violation of a membership requirement and results in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. 

WAAR MUST REPORT TO NAR - If you are a primary member of WAAR, WAAR must report your Quad Ethics completion to NAR – even if you took the Ethics class at a different school. If the class was taken at a different school (or online), you MUST provide your proof of class completion to WAAR.

NOT ALL ETHICS COURSES ARE CREATED EQUAL - Ethics courses approved for VA license renewal may or may not be approved to meet NAR’s Quad Ethics requirement.

All Ethics & Standards of Conduct classes taught through WAAR meet this requirement.
